Names and Orders 

Hi! I include a signed thank you note with every order. If you'd like your order addressed to someone else as a gift, or have a preferred name, please just let me know in the comment area when you check out. I want everyone to have a happy experience opening their Paper Crow Packages. 

Shipping 

ALL STICKERS AND STICKER SHEETS ARE SENT AS UNTRACKED LETTERS. This is to keep shipping as low as possible. They are sent in rigid card envelopes to minimise any risk.

If you would like them sent as a tracked letter please contact my prior to purchase. This will incur a higher shipping fee. 

I've done everything I can to keep shipping costs low. If you're international, any paper goods will have a much cheaper rate then heavier items (e.g., keychains). 

Shipping times (Excludes Order Processing Time) : 

Australia - between 6 to 10 days, barring any sender (AusPost) delays. 

International: 2 to 6 weeks, barring any sender (AusPost) delays. 

Processing Times (In Addition to Shipping Times) : 

I endeavor to have all orders processed within 1 to 3 days. Conventions may effect this - if so, orders will be shipped upon return from the convention. A list of upcoming events is available on the about us page. 

Returns 

Returns are currently only available for damaged or faulty goods. Change of mind returns cannot be accepted at this time.
