Shipping policy

Shipping is currently available Australia wide, and to some international destinations. Shipping is currently not available to locations within the EU. Orders made to locations which currently cannot receive mail will be canceled. If you wish to make an order and your country is not currently available, please reach out @ contact@papercrowstudio.com.au

Shipping estimates and convention-delays

Shipping estimates are estimates only. Conventions and markets may cause minor shipping delays. A list of events is available in the faq. Shipping carrier delays can not be controlled or managed by Paper Crow Studio. 

All sticker-only orders are shipped as untracked letters. Please contact us @ contact@papercrowstudio.com.au if you'd like to query a sticker exclusive order with tracking. 

A note on Tariffs

Where possible/required by law, tariffs are prepaid. However, all tariffs/duties/customs that are pay on arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer, and not that of Paper Crow Studio. Currently, duties/tariffs for USA are being handled at a store level, and no others. This may be subject to change; other import fees or costs may still apply.
